Exchange Policy
At Zera, every product is carefully inspected and packed to ensure quality and authenticity.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
Exchange is allowed only in the following cases:
Damaged product received
Wrong product delivered
Exchange requests for personal preference, change of mind, or dislike of the product or color will not be accepted.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests.
The video must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
The complete opening process
The product received inside
Exchange requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Reporting Timeline
Any issue regarding a damaged or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after 24 hours from the time of delivery will not be considered.
4. Exchange Process
Customers must self-ship the product for exchange.
The replacement product will be dispatched only after successful verification of the returned item.
Exchange approval is subject to product inspection and verification by Team Zera.
5. Product Care & Important Notes
Damage caused by improper handling, washing, or misuse will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting and fabric nature.
Dry Clean Only.
6. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to Thrissur jurisdiction only.
