2. Damaged or Incorrect Products If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after 24 hours from the time of delivery will not be considered.
3. Proof Required To process any complaint, customers must provide: A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests. The video must clearly show:
● The sealed package before opening
● The complete opening process ● The product received inside Exchange requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted
● Photos of the product and packaging Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
